Coming soon – Mindfulness lunchtime drop-in sessions

Due to popular demand, we will be starting a lunchtime mindfulness drop-in on the first and Wednesday of every month .

Mindfulness classes are suitable for newcomers and also for people with more experience who would value the support of being able to practice with a group.

Many people have heard of mindfulness these days. It supports a calmer functioning in this frantic world. Mindfulness is a non-secular practice and is therefore, suitable for all faiths and none.
