 Saturday Mornings of Mindfulness

Our Saturday mornings of mindfulness are a great way to begin, top up or reconnect with your practice, and meet like-minded people. These sessions are suitable for beginners and those with experience of mindfulness practice. It is often a great starting point to find out what mindfulness is all about.

Thank you for reserving a place on the Sat morning of mindfulness event at the Crownhill Fort.  When you arrive at the fort gates drive through the tunnel and up over the ramps.  (Our office is based in your left as your drive in). Once inside look for signs to the Old Stables and follow this building around to the right. Go through the arch and you will see a red door on the right marked Officers Quarters 1-4.

 1st Wed of every month, 12 – 1.00pm

Due to popular demand, we will be running a regular lunchtime mindfulness drop in session.  Practice sessions will run on the 1st Wednesday of every month between 12 – 1.00pm.

Our drop-in session is suitable for beginners or for those people who are looking to maintain a regular practice.

 Mindfulness is a transformational way of living. So often we skim the surface of life. We may fret about the future or regret the past.

Mindfulness can offer us a way to be in touch with what is happening in the here and now. It offers the opportunity to live with greater joy, kindness and freedom as well as a way to manage the stress of everyday life.

Our 8-week course is a depth introduction to mindfulness. It is designed to empower you to make a lifestyle change by developing a nourishing and steady mindfulness practice.
