A Day of Mindfulness

We will be running a whole day of Mindfulness on the 15th December.
Christmas is often a time of getting together with family and friends.
It can also be a time for quiet reflection and contemplation as one year draws to an end and a New Year beckons.
Come and join us for a day of mindful reflection and practice.
The day is suitable for beginnings and for those wishing to top up their practice in preparation for the festive break.

Mindfulness Sitting Group
1st Wed of every month, 12 – 1.00pm
Due to popular demand, we will be running a regular lunchtime mindfulness drop in session. Practice sessions will run on the 1st Wednesday of every month between 12 – 1.00pm.
Our drop-in session is suitable for beginners or for those people who are looking to maintain a regular practice.

Mindfulness is a transformational way of living. So often we skim the surface of life. We may fret about the future or regret the past.
Mindfulness can offer us a way to be in touch with what is happening in the here and now. It offers the opportunity to live with greater joy, kindness and freedom as well as a way to manage the stress of everyday life.
Our 8-week course is a depth introduction to mindfulness. It is designed to empower you to make a lifestyle change by developing a nourishing and steady mindfulness practice.
(If you sign up for an 8-week course this amount will be deducted from the course fee).
