Due to popular demand, we will be running a regular lunchtime mindfulness drop in session. Practice sessions will run on the 1st Wednesday of every month between 12 – 1.00pm.
Our drop-in session is suitable for beginners or for those people who are looking to maintain a regular practice.

Mindfulness is a transformational way of living. So often we skim the surface of life. We may fret about the future or regret the past.
Mindfulness can offer us a way to be in touch with what is happening in the here and now. It offers the opportunity to live with greater joy, kindness and freedom as well as a way to manage the stress of everyday life.
Our 8-week course is a depth introduction to mindfulness. It is designed to empower you to make a lifestyle change by developing a nourishing and steady mindfulness practice.
(If you sign up for an 8-week course this amount will be deducted from the course fee).
