Single Session Therapy (SST)

As part of our service we offer single session/one at a time therapy sessions.
The session will be centred around your current needs, targeting what is important and enable you to focus and consider your priorities and next steps.
The intention being that you show up, talk, listen, learn and leave in a much better position then you arrived.
Single session therapy last 90 mins and cost £95.00.
Intro to 8-week mindfulness courses

Mindfulness is a transformational way of living. So often we skim the surface of life. We may fret about the future or regret the past.
Mindfulness can offer us a way to be in touch with what is happening in the here and now. It offers the opportunity to live with greater joy, kindness and freedom as well as a way to manage the stress of everyday life.
Our 8-week course is a depth introduction to mindfulness. It is designed to empower you to make a lifestyle change by developing a nourishing and steady mindfulness practice.
Cost £5.00
(If you sign up for an 8-week course this amount will be deducted from the course fee).
