Mindfulness -what it is and isn’t

  • It’s a very simple approach to steady oneself and learn to live with the struggles of everyday life.
  • It isn’t a quick fix.
  • It can help us feel grounded at times when were overwhelmed, anxious or living with uncertainty.
  • Everybody can learn mindfulness and gain something from  it.
  • It is not something we can always find we quickly learn so it’s good to be patient.
  • Mindfulness takes practice.
  • Come and practice with us @ Crownhill Fort.

We run regular classes on the 1st Wednesday of the month and once a month on a Saturday morning.
